## API Access
Home Assistant uses Long-Lived Access Tokens for API authentication.
### Getting an API Token
1. Go to http://10.10.10.210:8123
2. Click your profile (bottom left)
3. Scroll to "Long-Lived Access Tokens"
4. Click "Create Token"
5. Name it (e.g., "Claude Code")
6. Copy the token (only shown once!)
